Hairdresser help or anyone!!! - I can't believe they have done this to my hair!

First of dont get mad with them... GET FURIOUS!!!!!! Dont take that with a pinch of salt. They said they'd fix it and they made it worse. I say march yourself down there with as many kids as you can get a hold of (not for sympathy) it'll make them think twice about screwing you over again!!!!!!!!!

Sorry again. I get really wound up when people are stupid. I dont mean you Alibaby, I mean the first hairdresser and then the second for not fixing it right!!!

Just keep in mind they are human beings too, and everyone makes mistakes.

Go back when it suits you and get them to fix it. As Hollye suggested get them to put in a brown shade. Get them to do darker tips instead of foils. Don't get it bleached again as it will do to much damage and take longer to recover.
This happened to my DD2 recently. The first time the colour (foils ) was SO wrong so the next day they put toner on, it then had a green tinge to it.
I them got her to go to my hairdresser a week later and he did two tone tips which looked great. She loves it and will go back.

If I lived near you I would come with you to babysit while you have it fixed.

THat is so sweet Mrs Mac. I would so trust you with DD even though I havent met you IRL I know the sort of person that you are. I will be giving them a call on Monday to see what will happen and let you guys I know.

I could never get angry at them and have a go because they are really nice people, they just did a **** job! LOL!

I am just going to go to my normal hairdresser who tried to fix it that it really isn't working and not even close to what my colour nomally is and see when the best time is for my hair (in that it wont fall out) to be fixed. Even if I have to wait 2 weeks for my hair to recover a bit before I have it fixed) or if I have to go darker.
