Oroton is just a brand, like Versace etc... not sure what country. Used to be famous for top quality handbags and wallets... the chain-mail like wallet is an Oroton classic. I personally think their products have gone into decline over the past 10 years... ever since they have branched out. But they still make reasonable quality things... you just have to pay more for something of average quality these days Which is why I prefer buying "vintage" Op Shop clothes.... things were made better in the 50's for example.

Oh and their handbags aren't as good quality either (as they used to be)... the zips are mostly plastic instead of metal and they are lined with crappy fabrics... and the leather outers aren't as durable either

The pieces might be worth a bit for a collector Trace.

So many luxury brands are 'selling out' don't you think? These days real quality is more likely to be discovered in cottage industry designers than the "big" status names.
