Wax for the face

Hi girls!

Has anyone used a home wax like Veet before? How did it turn out for you? I bought the "Veet" warm wax gentle formula suitable for leg, bikini, under arm and face waxing and it's the kind you have to heat up in the microwave or saucepan.
I decided to buy the warm wax this time as I have used the wax strips but they don't seem to work on my upper lip hair (face by the way!) and my eyebrows.

I am hesitant to use it as i'm scared I will burn my face!!!! The instructions are clear so i can't go wrong (hopefully!) but just wanted to ask anyone if they have tried this before? I just think it's better if i can save $$ by not seeing a beautician every 4 weeks...

**** May i just add, that I don't have a moustache or dark hair on my lip! I just don't like even the slightest little blonde hairs (which i have) on my upper lip! It's not womanly!! I think the pain is worth the results haha
