    What Kind Of Wallet Do You Have?

    I'm in the market for a new wallet as mine is 6 years old and about to cark it!

    These are my requirements:

    * Leather

    * Compact

    * Have an easily accessible coin pouch

    * Have a "window" inside for photos

    My AnnaPelle fits all these requirements but they don't make them as good anymore.

    Who loves their wallet and what brand is it?

    I have a great wallet but I wouldnt call it compact!! Its a long one, that has embossed colored flowers on the leather, a great window, good coin area and its just great! I got it at Sportsgirl of all places actually and I love love love it. Problem is now that little slots on the inside are all stretched so I have to put all my cards into two slots otherwise they all slide out. Keep in mind Ive had it for about 3 years!
    Not that much help after all that really am I sorry!! I love Olga Berg wallets and bags and the Guess ones Ive seen around are nice too! Mmmm might have to start hunting for a new one too! Good luck!

    I have a Guess one. It's not small by any means but I love it. They do have smaller ones which might be worth a look at. I bought mine from Myer... they always have a great range (not just of Guess)

    I have a Jag one, it has lasted quite well and has enough slots etc to do the job well.

    Yep, my slots are getting stretchy too Tan but it's from DS constantly playing with it and shoving too many cards in each slot. It's been a good wallet though... my last one was a long one but I lost it and swore never to carry that much stuff around ever again! Only the essentials. I'll check out the Olga ones though I thought I'd go for Oroton but they aren't very good at all!

    I have a Guess one that I got for my 30th. It's red and in that crocodile skin type texture. I love it. It's a bit longer than what I would normally have but I got used to it. It has a window, a coin pouch and enough slots for cards. I want to get a matching handbag now

    I have had a Jag one for the past 3 yrs and recently brought another jag one to replace it - both from Myer. It sounds like just what you are looking for Bath, depending on how many pics you want as it only has 1 picture pocket. It has the coin section on the outside (zipped) and measures 24cm (open flat) and 12.5 x 8.5 x 3 when closed up (tri fold). There is space for 9 cards and 1 picture, plus 5 other slots behind the card slots. The note section is the length of the wallet. Its a really lovely crimson leather - I would have preferred another fuschia one like my old one but they only had the crimson.

    My last purse was a Guess, and after about 6 months the zipper broke and the G clasp broke too....soooo disappointed as I really adored the colour and the features. Am still looking for another one at the moment, might try another brand this time!

    Oh Sherie that sounds peeeeerfect! I'm going into Myer tomorrow! So excited!

    I find that zips are often the weak point in a wallet... and the stud closer things.

    Tegan... I like Colorado... might have to check them out too.... didn't know they did wallets.

    The ones I've had do have both the zip on the coin purse and the studs, but I can't fault them at all - I've had a lot of change at times and had no worries at all with it.

    Mines a Chanel long line one, it's black quilted leather.
    It's nice and slim and it has enough pockets for for all my cards, a zipped coin thingy and about 4 bill pockets.
    DH bought it for me and I thought it wasn't really me but I didn't want to hurt his feelings so I used it and now I really like it.
    This is the purse I'm lusting after at the moment although I would prefer it in black Marc by Marc Jacobs Turnlock leather wallet - NET-A-PORTER.COM

    I've only ever had guess ones, they last ages. They are more exp but Mum always bought them as a present & they would last years. I have a long one atm & love it. I think it keeps more compact as there is more car space & the notes dont get foled when closing.

    Yep, likewise with my Annapelle, great zip and stud. Sooo important. I don't go for fashion-accessory style wallets... just plain jane ones... preferably with discreet branding too.

    ETA Chloe, thanks for the link.... checking it out now

    Marc Jacobs: I like it! Do you know if it has a window inside? Love the look of the twist lock, looks nice and secure.

    You could email the product adviser. Look where the sizing chart is and there is a clickable link.
