Singlets all round here...I have to admit I am a singlet nazi - I love a singlet (me included) I really think they make a difference to body warmth in the cold melbourne winter....DD and the DS's wear Target - not sure what size they do go up to - DD is in the 4-6 at the moment but I never thought they would stop at a certain size???
I get my kids (size 3 and 5) singlets from Big W and they are the bonds ones with DD's having skinny straps. DS have the thick ones. I don't care what brands they are I just buy whatever ones are in there size.
My kids don't wear singlets over summer but it is way too cold here over winter. I must admit I love wearing singlets too in winter.
Let me know if you do need any OP - my MIL gets them from the Target in Sunbury so I can get her to look next time she is in there and send them over. Also Aldi often do them so snap them up if you see them there.
Thanks guys for your lovely offers to find some for me!
Had a little luck at DFO: found some Bonds ones with skinny straps! They look very short though so I only got two to try out. DD is tall so it could be an issue... see how we go. They also had two size 2 blue vests so I grabbed them for DS. Its a start at least!
We have some from K-Mart. They came in a 3-pack (blue, pink & purple) and they look good enough that Nat often requests to take her top off and just wear her singlet, lol. I found some bonds ones with adjustable straps (size 6-8) in the Salvos store the other day! $1.50 each! With tags still on.
I like singlets here as Nat particularly isn't big on jumpers so I like to add the extra layer in winter.

organic cotton singlets from the Blessed Earth website (when they have their sales). THey have wide straps which are really warm, and don't slip off my child's shoulders. The fabric stays nice and soft (and that's saying something, with the hard water here).
when it's really cold, spencers from Target (once a year they go on sale very cheaply).
i see singlets and spencers in all sizes for kids. One section for bubs/toddlers, then the kids section e.g target.
We've got some Bonds ones with skinny straps that came from KMart. They were hard to find, but they did have the bigger sizes (ie she's in a 3). I like the Bonds one because they are nice and long and can be tucked in - last winter she had some of the Target ones with wide straps and her little tummy and lower back weren't covered by the end of the season.
My DD is 20 and I vividly remember using marquise singlets. I have been buying them every now
And then whilst ttc, they last forever and have a beautiful feel to them
We both still wear supre singlets every day under tops, I feel naked without a singlet
