Thanks so much for the sausage casserole recipe - I will put that on the weekly menu planner for Monday night I think! I tried to load the recipe thread and when I clicked on the word HERE it came up with "no thread specified" if you have clicked on a genuine link please info an adminstrator - which I did when it wouldn't load this morning. So I don't know what is wrong.
When you cook the silverside in your SC what else do you put in with it and how long do you cook it for? I haven't had silverside for ages and I got to thinking this afternoon that I could cook up some different kinds of meat, slice them and freeze them in small portions to use for sandwichs!
I had a look at the cooking cache website but it is tedious to go through the recipes and although I found a few that looked nice, I am sort of afraid to try any of them for fear they will be horrible! I guess I've lost my interest or desire to experiment??? I am going to have to get brave!!
