I am so so sorry for the loss of your beautiful baby boy, Tre.
I was in tears just reading the headline and when I read your story, my heart broke for you and your family.
No woman should ever have to go through what you are going through. It is so cruel.

You mentioned that lots of people seem to act as if you had never been pregnant and had never given birth to your son. I guess they are very cautious and don't want to bring up painful feelings for you. It is so hard to know how to act in such a situation. I guess some people are also more inclined to talk about it then others and they might just assume that you would bring it up if you wanted to talk about it?

But you have been pregnant. You have carried your gorgeous boy for 36 very special weeks. In those weeks you have given him the best of you. Please do not feel guilt. What has happened is not your fault. I am sure he felt how much he was loved and wanted, even if he never got to "meet" you. He will forever be a part of you.
You ARE a mother. And a most wonderful at that. You have given this special little boy more love in those few weeks before he was born than some unfortunate children receive in a lifetime.

I hope that now that your body knows how to get pregnant, a second pregnancy will not be too far off and that it will be a healing process for you. Your next child will have the most wonderful guardian angel watching over him or her.

    All my love, Sasa

    That is just heartbreaking

I have my DP on the lounge next to me and I dont normally tell himabout what is ritten on BB but I jsut told him your storyand he said he is heartbroken for you, your DH and your families. It is such a cruel and tragic thing to have your baby taken from you. I am sure the funeral was beaiutiful and that Tre know he is very much loved and always in your hearts.

You will get plenty of support at BellyBelly and I hope that you stick around for your TTC and get all teh support you can. This community is like know other.

for you and your DH. I am so sorry your beautiful baby boy is not still here in your arms.

You told the story of his birth so well and I am so glad you and your extended family were able to share some special moments with Tre. I am sure you all treasure that time.

Thankyou from Gav, Fi, Tre and Milko

Thankyou everyone for you support and kind words. Today it has been 4months and to read your threads has made me feel better. It was funny at work today a lady from Sids phoned me (someone had contacted her?) and i finally spoke to someone so hopefully i will keep that up.

I really think that it would be good for my husband to talk to someone from Sids to as he has zero support... you know what men are like. I will mention it to him when he returns from sea.

I'm hoping i won't be entering the TTC forum... but after taking so long the first time maybe i'll be there, but must think positively. If anyone has been through a still birth and wants to chat, i'd love to talk.

    Have a lovley evening
    love Fi

Milko is my labrador but a huge part of our family...
