    banana Cake/muffins

    I just made these today and my they are good

    Banana Cake or Muffins

    1 cup milk
    1 cup SR flour
    1 cup Sugar
    1 cup dessicated coconut
    2 mashed banana's

    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in cake tin (or muffin/patty cake tins for little cakes) and bake in preheated 180 oven until cooked

    Does anyone know what type of sugar this would be? Castor sugar, normal sugar, brown sugar.....

    I'd use castor, if I didn't have any of that then I'd use white.

    well ive just finished making these thank you very much for the recipe there are BEAUTIFUL and my house smells so nice rite now as im not so good in the kitchen these were great for me thanks hun

    Add some baking powder, but I don't know what the quantity is, google it? Or maybe someone on here knows.

    wow yum! will be making these over the weekend!!

    And for the person wanting to know about only having plain flour for every 125g of flour add 1 tsp of baking powder and a pinch of salt and theres your self raising
