Apple crumble is quick and easy to make in huge batches. I usually do that for family functions and use tinned apple.
I do it in my big pyrex lasange dish. I use 2 to 3 cans of apple and double the crumble mixture and put a bowl of whipped cream next to it. It would easily serve 12 people.
Grab some pkts of Choc Ripple biscuits, dip them in milk and sandwich with whipped cream. When you've amde the logs, cover all logs with whipped cream. You can then leave as it is or sprinkle a flake or peppermint crisp over the top to make it look fancy
I was thinking something like some mini muffins...Rasberry,blueberry....with some fresh cream on the side or you can buy the cream that comes in the tin,ready to serve.
