Apple crumble is quick and easy to make in huge batches. I usually do that for family functions and use tinned apple.

I do it in my big pyrex lasange dish. I use 2 to 3 cans of apple and double the crumble mixture and put a bowl of whipped cream next to it. It would easily serve 12 people.

115g (3/4 cup) plain flour
1 tsp ground cinnamon
180g butter, chilled, cubed
140g (2/3 cup, firmly packed) brown sugar
35g (1/3 cup) rolled oats

Combine the flour and 1 tsp of the cinnamon in a large bowl.

Add the butter and use your fingertips to rub it into the flour until the mixture resembles coarse breadcrumbs.

Stir in the brown sugar and oats.

Sprinkle the crumble mixture evenly over the top to completely cover the apples.

Bake in 190 degree oven for about 15-20 mins
