    Thanks for the link!

I really had no idea about the nuts our daycare cooked all their food so I never had to make lunches/snacks to take!

Sangie I loved your recipe and I have all the ingredients so I will make them tomorrow. How do you store them and for how long?

I keep them in the fridge. Not sure for how long though, ours don't last long they are usually gone within 48hrs lol!

I'm sure with two, make that 3 hungry boys ours won't last long either lol.

I found a cereal ball recipe:
    1 cup museli
    4 tbsp wheat germ
    1 tbsp honey
    1/4 cup raisins
    1-2 tbsp milk
    1/2 cup dedicated coconut
You can add apricot for colour.

Also 1 tbsp peanut butter. What could I use instead? Puréed dates?

    Coconut and date balls:
    3 cups dedicated coconut
    2 cups/200 g pitted dates

Place the 2 cups dates and 2 cups coconut in food processor and blend. Cover in remaining coconut! Easy yay!!
