1 Cup SR flour
2 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Oil
1 egg
3/4 Cup Milk
1 tsp Vanilla
Light fluffy, thick. Very much like pancake parlour or any American style pancake. Even better with buttermilk and even better if the batter is left overnight.
Mine is the same, but I use butter instead of oil! LOL
Gotta make sure you let it rest though, has to rest. Sooo goooood!!
