HELP-individual cheese cakes

Ok so i used to make these really easy individual cheese cake things and i cant remember what was in them.

For the base it was just the butterscotch snap biscuits warmed and molded so they are concave iykwim. The filling i know had Phili and lemon juice but cant remember the 3rd ingredient. Maybe sour cream?? Anyone know what i am talking about or do i just sound mad Then all you had to do was top them with grated choc and omg oh so yummy. Very quick and easy too if you remember the ingrdients
