    Macaroon success :)

    So Ive been wanting to try these for a while as they look so pretty but have been too scared to try as all the stories about them I've read made them a bit scary.

    go me! Ive made them twice and both times turned out perfect! first lot where plain with white choc ganache second lot today where dark chocolate with salted caramel filling bit proud of them if you didn't notice.

    Any one have a fav flavour combo I should try next?

    well done! Huge yay to you! I've never made them myself,so can't really suggest any flavours. Except of course for red velvet maybe...

    ohh Id love to see piccies. I tried today, not much luck. Did a few things wrong. After watching You tube tutorials, i should be better for next time. Would love to try the choc ones.

    Caz have a look at that blog its what I used first and got perfect results. They deffinaly get better with age too they taste better the older they get unlike cake that is better fresher.
