    making Apple Pie, Like at McDonalds? HELP

    looking to make an Apple Pie like the McDonalds ones

    I have chopped a heap of apples (green) have honey and sugar to caramalise

    have pastry to wrap in

    what else do I put in the filling......???

    well half turned out good, the other half I left on too hot, too long and it started to turn dark...

    Can I do anything with this half, it doesn't taste as good ?

    What kind of pastry? Thats the best bit about MDs apple pies. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm havent had one in ages!
