I love my deserts!!! we are having 11 over this year to our house...im making a pav. A trifle (no jelly-yuck) and as i love christmas pudding but think its to hot to eat it here! (im from the uk and its a tradition) i got 4L of vanila icecream and a christmas pudding and mixed them together. Its yum!!!! And cheap. and traditional
I like the cream, berries and pav idea. In the UK thats called an eton mess...and very Yum.
Love the sound of the ice cream cake!! you could put pretty much anything in it!!
