Scones...How do you do it?

Oi. Enuff with the kiwi bashing, eh! I rarely make scones because they scare me. It's so easy to stuff them up. Mum is brilliant at them. Her's are square and touching (& yes, she's a kiwi)

I did make the lemonade and cream ones in the Thermomix and they were so yummy. With gluten free flour too. Hmmm, scones.....
