    I don't see why not .... try it and see how it goes and let me know ... I tried it once with choc bits and made a choc chip mud cake OMG it was not for the faint hearted it was almost too sweet for me

    to be honest it varies depending on your oven and the size of the patty pan. I use muffin size ones and in my oven between 30-40 min. I'd suggest start checking them from 20 mins if using smaller ones or 30 mins for larger muffin ones and do the skewer test to see how they go.

    Let me know how they turn out - I have a wicked dark choc one as well but when I bake the two the white one always gets the most compliments they are positively evil
