My SIL just confided in me that she's lost her virginity

I'm kinda shattered, but proud she told me. It was a 'random hook up' as she put it.
She's not 16 til June. I want her on the pill or depo or something JIC, but I'm not going to go behind her back & tell her mum & I'm not going to go behind her mum's back & organise it without her knowing. I just told her she should tell her mum she's thinking about it & that she'd like to get something JIC.

A random hook up! Why does losing your virginity mean nothin these days?

I told her I'm sad for her, she doesn't understand why. I just said that if she ever needs anything at all she knows where to come.

My baby is growing up I've known her since she was 7. Its all happening too fast for me!
