DD moved in with her grandfather (my dad) for about 6 months when she was 16 cause she couldn't stand being at home but eventually she realised that we do love her and that home was where she wanted to be so she came back. Hopefully your sister just needs to get it out of her system and will come home eventually.
Second, i don't know if its the same in NSW but in QLD if you want living away from home allowance you need your parents to sign a form saying you aren't welcome at home or its not suitable for you to be living at home...
So if your mum hasn't signed anything i'd be looking up or calling them
Hopefully she'll snap out of the evil teenager phase soon

from what ive heard My sister is recieving 300 for rent where she lives with her bf's mum and sister the thing is the whole rent for there place is $400 (so the mothers only paying 100 herself) so really My sister's bf 's mother is totally exploiting my sister as well as the govt..
I think mum is going to ring centrlink as its just plain WRONG! as for my sister i dont where her brain has gotten too ..
Mum has never had to sign anything in the past since this has happened we only found out about the payment she was recieving from her .
Thats one positive thing she is still in school anddoing really well.. mums still paying her $3000 school fees this year. i bet ctrlink didnt no that hay
