I am so sorry for your loss. It must feel so raw at the moment.

Like others here that have posted, I had a miscarriage at 10wks and I have an O neg blood type so I was given the anti D injection and had a D&C. We hadn't told friends but all of our family knew and I remember not being able to speak about it (still cant really) to them. They all just knew to give me space and wait for me to call them as much as I knew they were upset and hurting, I just couldnt deal with other peoples emotions and questions

We did however conceive again (not actively trying you could say) 18mths later and I have a 10mth old now.
