You are feeling conflicted and that is normal. This pregnancy is a blessing and in no way takes away from the love you feel for your angel baby so please don't feel guilty. I fell pregnant only 1 cycle after my D&C and everything was fine, hopefully it will be for you too. Try and rest, don't panic about the spotting as some slight bleeding is common in pregnancy and need not mean the end of the pregnancy.
