angelfish first of all sorry for your loss, your OB shouldnt be mad at you at all if he is hes very unprofessional after all my miscarriages I have been told it is best to wait a few cycles just to mainly get back in touch with your body to pinpoint ovulation and such things but i have always been told by all means try again as soon as the bleeding stops.
Spotting in early pregnancy doesnt always mean something bad it could be something as simple as implantation bleeding, i wish you all the very best with your pregnancy
