Hi Acria

If you are worried about the B6 in supplement form - another good way that you can get it into your system in a more sympathetic way is through bananas, avocados and sweet corn if these are OK foods for you - as local and fresh as is possible - there are a lot of other compatible nutrients combined here that help balance and uptake the B6 in these foods.

If you are interested or do not have a copy already - it might be worth borrowing/grabbing a copy of Francesca Naish and Janette Roberts' "The Natural Way to Better Babies - Preconception Health Care for Prospective Parents" - it has lots of very specific information about all elements of nutrients (including amounts and which nutrients need each other to work/which foods deliver them best), digestion issues (this is my area of problems), immune issues - anything you can imagine of concern in relation to pre-conception - I found it really helpful in clearing up a lot of things and in helping me try and hone my diet as strongly to support my system (and his) as I could. In the end I ended up with a great diet anyway - so the spin-off was worth it!!!

Endless sticky vibes to you!
Much love
Karen van
