Megsmum--Oh you poor thing, how freaked out you must've been! *hugs* I'm SO relieved your scan went well, and you were able to get a sneak peek at your little sticky bub! Best of luck with your OB appt. on Tue. Sending buckets full of

HannahD--I have to agree with your DH about trying temping/charting. Here on our thread there's no such thing as being obsessed or addicted--we like to call it dedicated! I've found that using FF has helped me figure out what's going on with my body and when--it's very helpful! Good luck with whatever you decide to do! Big *hugs*

TY--Glad to hear AF won't be ruining your Christmas plans! Enjoy your trip to Hong Kong--I'm jealous! Be safe!

Mel--Yay for negative Lupus results!! You must feel so relieved!

Theresa--There's nothing wrong with you, hon.... your body's probably just very confused, and doesn't know what to think. *hugs* I've found that since my m/c I'm much more irritable and snappy... of course, mine was back in March... so maybe I'm just a grumpy, irritable person as it is!

smi--Hey girl! I also had to search and search for AJC's birth announcement! I felt kinda bad to spill the beans here on the thread, but after the trouble it took to find it, I thought it would just be better to let everyone know about baby Samuel instead of making them search for it! How's that coming along?

mollycat--Ooh, looks like we both scored points for cleaning the bathroom yesterday! Yuk, but yay us! Oh, and btw, the pics you sent me of your shed remind me so much of the way my garage looks! lol... at least we have a barely-there path to walk thru, but it's pretty dangerous! So sorry I slept thru Friday chat! Oh, and I got your Christmas card yesterday... thanks! *kiss* Love ya!

    tempus--Sending you a thousand

Emmanue-- I'm so very sorry for your loss... please know that you have nothing to be ashamed of! There's nothing you did wrong, or could've done different... you should be surrounding yourself with support thru this time! I'm glad that you've found us, please feel free to unleash here... we all know what you're going thru! I know in my case it took quite a while (about 6 wks) for the hcg hormone to return back to normal... it's terribly confusing when you know that you've m/c, but your body doesn't, so it continues to feel and act like it's pg! Saying lots of prayers for a quick TTC journey for you! We're all here to cheer you up, and cheer you on! *hugs*

issy--Yay for milestones!! Sending lots of your way!!

Krystie--Hey sweet! for little Chyan!! Miss you lots, and think of you all the time! Love ya! *kiss*

WTH--D@mn OPK's!!! Sorry you're having a rough go at it! Keep your chin up!

fifi--Sorry to have slept thru chat! *hugs*, and Hope you enjoy your weekend!

smi--It's FRIDAY!!!! Woo freakin' hoo!!!! *dancing a jig*

Me--AF has left the building!! Looks like I'll be O'ing on Christmas day! Got everything crossed for a New Year BFP!

Ok, girls... that's it from me for now. Have to get DS ready for school. Have a great day! Grouphug for all!!

Tocarra So sorry you are feeling down. I feel like you about being surrounded by PG women. Seems a bit like that Kylie Minogue filmclip, where she goes shopping with dozens of other Kylies. Only when I go shopping (or anywhere) it is PG women! It is fine to be all ba humbug. Don't apologise. It is a difficult time of year for so many women.

I noticed by your sig that you are losing your little ones around the same time, so it may be for the same reason? I am a bit behind on everything that has happened in the past couple of months on this thread (so sorry if you have already written about this), but have you thought of seeing a FS about why you might be losing them at this point? Eg, do you have a luteal phase problem that might be affecting implantation, etc.

I really want things to work out for you

Jen805 and HannahD - thanks for making me smile! In fact I even had a little chuckle!

Emmanue - welcome. I know you will find great support here - I certainly have abd these ladies are wonderful!

Not much to report on my side of things. I am still trying to adjust to the fact that we are not pg and that my Christmas wish has not come true. DP has been wonderful but I know he is deeply disappointed. Luckily for me he has been by my side through it all - even with all my tantrums and crying epics!

Take care everyone - I hope you all get what you want in 2009.

Toccara50 - lotsa hugs for you. I work in a shopping centre so I see babies and pg women every day! It is so painful and I hate it. Everyone keeps telling me I will have another baby and everythong will be fine and I will move on - HELLO - no I won't! I will never get over losing my son. I am fraking out that I won't fall pg and I am struggling to work out these OPK's and work out what is what - I am angry with myself for not getting it right! I hope everything works out for you and that you get your baby to love - you deserve to be happy

Tempus - Back to you xxxxx

Toccarra - I am so sorry you are feeling so down. IIKWYM. I have been down this week too and it is at the times when I am not busy. But I think we definitely need to have that down time to grieve and get our emotions out. If you suppress them for too long I think it just makes you feel worse and out of control, or at least thats how I feel. You also never forget how far along you would have been. I would have been due this week with my first angel and 16 weeks with my second angel and it is totally natural to always think what if. You need to make sure you take care of you and if that means having a day where you want to cry, scream, yell, vent or just reflect then do it for you because your emotions make you who you are.

When I told a close friend the other day about my m/c she gave me the best answer anyone had so far. She said she was so sorry and the next sentence was "DON"T GIVE UP!!" Not at least...... it was don't give up and none ofus should

    Take care

Emmanue - So sorry for your loss. You have nothing to feel ashamed about and we all know what you are going through. You have a great bunch of ladies in here who will help you through and understand your feelings and emotions. But don't feel ashamed, you did nothing wrong and I hope that you have a speedy road to conceiving again if that's what you want.

AFM: Sorry I have been so slack posting but I have been lurking and have had a big long post written and then my computer has dropped out. We are on the TTC bandwagon again this month, I am CD17 but not sure if I have O yet. I think I have but have been temping again and it is a bit different to b4 the m/c. It rose on CD15 but then has dropped the last two days, whereas it normally stays around the high level for the rest of the cycle. So not sure if O has even occurred. Damn, I am confused
Emotions have gone from really positive at the start of the week to really down on Thursday. I just want some GL this cycle.
DH has been wonderful as usual but this week I have seen his side to dealing with it and it has effected him a lot more than I realised. The pressure we have put on ourselves already is not good, but just can't seem to help it.

To the girls that have just conceived I hope you are all doing well

To all of you who are where I am at the moment, I am so hearing you and so praying that a few of us get a New Years present to remember.

Take care will try and keep posting more often

Tocarra honey, I'm actually glad that you got snowed in and had to take some time to reflect and think about what has happened, because I think that in the long run it is a healthy thing. I know we all grieve differently, but it sounds like you didn't really get time to grieve and that the pain and sadness has been building up inside. Although the sadness will never go away, try to think about the special (but unfortunately short) time that you had with each of your amazing babies.

If you haven't already, I think WTH's idea of seeking the help of a FS might be a good idea. There might be some tests that they can do to determine how to help you carry a baby to term.

Always remember that there are people thinking about you, and always take care of yourself sweetness.

Hello everyone. This is just a quick message to say hi Some of you I recognise from previous months when I have been active on these boards, and some are new names to me. To the new ones, I am so sorry for your losses, and that you've had to come here. Losing a child is heartbreaking and it is hard, and continues to be hard, but in my experience it become part of you, and easier to live with, but the pain doesn't end, you don't 'get over it'. I don't mean to be negative, just to say that I know how you feel, and the BB girls are the absolute best at offering support.

DH and I have just decided to start TTC again..and today happened to be day 14 of my cycle. Two BD's (one in the morning and one in the evening), so wish me luck. Though in truth..it doesn't seem to be the falling pregnant that's the problem, it's the staying pregnant! I've read a bit about how progesterone can help, and if I do fall pg, I'll certainly ask about it with the Dr. In the meantime, does anyone know of any supplements one can take to lengthen the luteal phase, as at 26 days, I'm worried my cycle is too short. It goes without saying, but obviously, a safe for pregnancy supplement is vital, in case we are lucky

I'll post more personals as I get reacquainted. Warm thoughts and a happy Yuletide to all!

    Lisa xx

Hey fi! Here's some for that blooming belly of yours! *kiss*

Toccara--Oh, hon, I so know what you mean about keeping busy... like you have to keep your body busy to keep your mind occupied... I think I've been doing that since March! Truly, tho, it's much more healthy to allow those feelings of grief and remorse, otherwise you'll end up feeling like a time bomb waiting to explode! I only know this from learning it myself the hard way! Your DH is still home with you until after Christmas, right? I hope you're able to talk about your feelings with him--I know for my DF it's easier for him to just never talk about the m/c... he just can't fix it, so he doesn't know what to say or how to act about it... just the other day I mentioned that our baby would be 3 months this Christmas... and I got an "I'm sorry". Thank God for BB! Don't forget that we're here for you--whenever--and don't ever feel guilty or like you're being a burden! Lots of love and prayers coming your way!

WTH-- and big *hugs* for you! Hope you caught that

Theresa--This holiday season will be painful enough for me, but honestly.... I couldn't imagine your pain and feeling of loss! I agree wholeheartedly with you--you'll never get over losing Zachary. I do believe, however, that you will be blessed with your forever baby... and your guardian angel, Zachary, will always be watching and protecting you all! My thoughts are with you, hon... *hugs*

Polly--Sending you lots of and prayers for this cycle! *hugs*

Krystie--How's the coming along? Has the m/s stopped enough to where you've been able to put on some weight yet? Hey, btw, where did your ticker go??? Miss you! *kiss*

Big hello's and hugs for HannahD (lots of babydust for you) & megsmum (and some stickyvibes for you!)!!

Acria--Sorry to have to say this, but welcome back! (YKWIM about being sorry) It's been a while, hope things have been well with you. About your LP question... B6, B6, B6! It worked for me and came highly recommended by several girls here in our thread. I've also heard that progesterone can help, but my Dr. told me I have to get a BFP before he'll prescribe any for me. I have heard of some women using it just after O, tho, so maybe you could check with your Dr. and see what he thinks. Wishing you lots of and hope that your TTC journey is short and sweet! *hugs*

mollycat-- Sorry again to have missed you on Friday--hopefully will catch you sometime during the week for a little impromptu chat! *kiss*
