Afternoon ladies, just stopping in briefly...
Kirsten - Congrats darl!
Jelly - Huge Hugs darl! It's still not over until AF arrives, just remember, on average it takes 2 days for the HCG to double, so theoretically day 1 after implantation the level would be 1, day 3 it would be 2, day 5 it would be 4, day 7 it would be 8, day 9 it would be 16 & day 11 it would be 32. There is also room for leeway on either side too, sometimes it can take 3 days for HCG to double, other times only 1 day. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed for you!
afm - I'll be testing again tomorrow morning with FMU because as I said above to Jelly, on average it will take 2 days for the HCG to double and I'm on day 9 post conception today, so by tomorrow morning there should be close to a HCG level of 25 in my system.

AFM- just waiting for AF to arrive this weekend, have been through my depresson about it earlier this week so am actually wishing she would arrive so I can get on with it!
I'm on my 2nd month of clomid but its really my first because last month my DH ended up in hospital over my 2 fertile days-bless his cotton socks- :wall:- so that month was a write off, at least I got a few guilt free glasses of wine in ;)
Question- does anyone else get a few days of spotting prior to AF coming?
I have asked countless drs, F.S., gynaes, etc but get the brush off, I don't think theres anything I can do about it, its just really annoying, I mean if Af is going to come, just come goddamn it!!
Hope everyone else is going ok and theres lots of mini pavlovas and mini omelettes being produced x

Saffy - I usually get spotting before AF arrives, anywhere from 1-3 days of it, but after my losses, the spotting prior to all but stopped. Hope the witch turns up so you can get on with it. Is DH ok after his stint in hossy?
T Hopes - next big scan is 4 May, 9am. Don't want to know the gender before the big big day. I want there to be some pleasant mysteries in this journey.

dory-17 weeks,that's great...saffy-i don't usually have spotting before ,sorry don't know.Are you having any side effects from the clomid?The implantation bleed can it come & go then come again?...t-hopes-might have a bit of a chill factor there girl.Nurse said the blood could be implantation,other symptoms probably hormones playing havoc from the ivf meds...ionamacca-hugs...afm-blood came back this afternoon,only a few spots red,then just then ,bit of brownish discoloured mucus.Nurse said to keep using progesterone pessaries & go for blood test monday,so i just have to wait,i can't do anymore retail therapy (already spent $500 on the credit card)this week.dh was good though just said i should of bought something for myself.

Bon's-when i was doing IVF the FS said if AF turns up before lunch it is cycle day 1 if it turns up after lunch the next day is cycle day 1 and on my CBFM it say's the same if AF is later in the day than the next day is cycle day 1 hope that helps.
Mathewsmum-fingers crossed for monday hope it's just the hormones playing up.
AFM- not real talkative tonight have a few things going on so i wont say to much other than to all the new girls with their BFP we didn't get to know you long but good luck for the future and to all the long timers having a rough trot hang in there girls we can do this.

Morning ladies...
Well, it's a BIG FAT NEGATIVE :( for me this morning. Temp dropped way down too.
I'm gutted, haven't had a cry yet, but that will happen at some point. Just as well I bought myself a pack of easter eggs yesterday, I'm going to need them. So now I know that it was the flu & infections making me feel queasy, and that I O'd late.
That will make this cycle go almost to 40 days... it's never been that long before... 37 at the most, and that was when I was 19/20 prior to losing my 4th angel.
Anyway, that means I'm out for the month. DH would have to have some super spermies that live for 10 days for us to have a chance this month, and as that is extremely unlikely, if not impossible, then that's it for the month.
Just waiting for AF to show now :(
I'm going to try and take a bit of a break from BB until I get close to O next cycle... it's hard to believe that the next one will be Month 9 of TTC for me and DH.
At least after next cycle I can get some tests done, my new doc told me that he'd be willing to do them after 9 months of TTC because of my history (That was back in late Jan after the Chem, I haven't been back since so he doesn't know about the mc in March).
I'm thinking I might make a booking early... And then I'll have to print off my charts for him, and make some notes from the relevant pages of my TTC journal... so much to do, hopefully it will keep me busy enough to take my mind off things for a bit.

Jennajayen-if it's any help i will tell you a bit about me ttc when i was younger i fell pregnant at 18 on the pill got married and had my son Dean then when he was 9 months old i fell pregnant after a broken condom one night and lost it at 7 weeks so we decided to start trying again with temp chart the lot it took 9 months to fall pregnant and i was only 20 there was no reason it just took a while then Brodie was born when Brodie was 15 months we decided to have one more and we only tried once as i was working and i fell pregnant straight away and my Jake was born when he was 2 i fell pregnant on the pill again (hence the reason i cant take it) i lost it a 7 weeks then my marriage started going south and my hubby at the time thought another baby would fix the problem so one night when i came home after a party a bit ****y he didnt wear a condom and i fell pregnant so i left him and chose not to have the baby skip forward to my now extremely happy marriage and it took us 5 months to fall pregnant with Abbi which as you know we lost her and now i am in month 5 of ttc and still nothing even thought i know the PGD in NOV upset my hormones i still can't believe it is taking so long because i use to get pregnant pretty easy anyway i guess i am trying to say that sometimes it can take a while for no reason my 2nd son took 9 months to conceive so don't panic just yet it will happen.
AFM-another peak on my CBFM and my LH line is real dark so more BDing tonight i was a bit sore last night so made it a quicky so i am not to sore tonight not real romantic but baby making sex is not the same as wanting it rip your clothes off and go crazy on the floor sex like i said before why is it we are fertile on the days we work and are busy and have to try to find time it's so annoying.

AFM doing ok, ordered a stack of HPT's from the net. I'm trying out a new theory, usually I try not to test too frequently, but then testing is all I think about and I become stressed. Well, more stressed, lol. Sooo, this time, I'm gonna test whenever I darn well want to, even if i have to sneak out of the house to do it! And because I'm temping, I should know exactly how many DPO I am. Super organised KitFaerie this month! So ridiculously ready to be pregnant. Fingers crossed, but definitely not legs.

T-Hopes-i had my pos CBFM yesterday and today and my temp went back up this morning so i would say i am in the tww with you and we should be testing the same day we will BD tonight just to be sure lets hope you and i have a double whammy.

I feel awful for not being in here as i use to be at first..
With 5 kiddos they keep me busy..
I feel like i dont belong here anymore since im never on here.. :(

Things have been good with us.. been busy ,meetings. and im going back to school...
we got are custody court hearing on April 22... For David and Leigha.
I'm going for Blood work and a MRI o my head for the putitary tumor since its starting to mess with me again.. lots and lots of headaches..
My ticker says to test in 4 days.. no sure why its so soon since i didnt start till march 24 and i till got 10 days to go to make it that date this month.. so i guss ill just wait and see..
I guess im not feeling like its my month with soo much going on..
April 29 is still the Lapascope(sp) to check things...
Well i guess i blah blah to much now..

hi all,just a quick one from me,bleeding has gotten heavier this morning,rang nurse ,need to go for a blood test,she has doubled my progesterone support as apparently bleeding can been a drop in progesterone,see what the results say,.M y heart is still hoping ,but my head is different matter.so many tears,i'll catch up with the posts later,got go pull myself together to go for test.

When are you having you pituatry scan/mri/cat scan? I had a cat scan of my pituarty and they gave me something that made me feel like I had wet myself before the test. It's uncanny that you can feel like you have flooded your pants and they are as dry as a button.

hey guys i need some more help Sorry :(
i had my scan today and got to see the little bean! nice strong heart beat 119bmp but bean is only measuring 6weeks 2 days instead of 7 weeks 3 days.
i know my dates could be out and stuff BUT if the scan dates are right it means that i got my BFP at 7 DPO and my HCG levels were 167 at 9DPO it just doesnt work???
Does any of this sound right or should i be concerned?

AFM Oh I would love to make it a trifecta! So ready to be a mama! If it doesn't happen soon I'm gonna start putting the cat in a bonnet and taking him out in the sling. I think the maca is working, I have more energy and we've started the BD marathon again, even though I think O'ing is a few days off. I would love to O at day 14 again, that would just be lovely. And I'm taking a leaf out of Audax's book, and have exercised every day this week, doing the ''at least get skinny" thing!
