    Hi ladies,
just sneaking a quick post in while everyone is outside (in the rain!!)

Well, the line got only a litlle bit darker, so I reckon the tests are dodgy (ebay tests, humph!). My boobs are huge like "porno" boobs, I'm a bit more hungry, and I can't handle the smell of the garbage bin, so I am now convinced it's really real! YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm still having crampy-twinges, and I am sure I didn't have these before. They are scary, but DH is convinced its just "the twins" burying in! yes, he is convinced it is twins (I hope not!!). The FS said that there is an increased chance of twins on clomid, so DH keeps calling my belly "the twins". I think he does it just to see the look of horror on my face LOL!

Sunbeam - CONGRATULATIONS!!! I am so happy for you! We'll get to be belly budies! When we both first joined, our m/c were a day apart, and we are the same age, I remembered commenting about our similarities. Well the fact that we get our BFPs at the same time has got to be a good omen!! huge congrats!!

Murraycod - congrats on starting IVF - I am so excited for you!

SPF - hugs following your NYE

    Ferrals - I hope I didn't upset you hon, I really didn't mean to.
I know how hard it is when everyone around you gets pg - when I lost Angel 1, there were at least 10 people announced they were pg, it was horrible, in the end I left there (well I hated that job anyway, but I just couldn't stand it anymore, it was tearing me apart), and I guess like some of your collegues, there were girls who had been with the guy for 5 mins, it was depressing. Huge Hugs. I hope you are soon feeling better, and that you get your BFP. I understand that it still won't be over for you until 12 weeks, but I am very confident and hopeful that you have had your "share" of the bad luck, and the odds are in your favour. My big hurdle is 9 weeks, I guess I won't feel it's not going to "fall out" until then, though I know it can happen later than that. I guess none of us will know for certain that everything is OK, until we are holding a healthy bub in our arms. Huge hugs

Snugglybean - glad you are having a fantastic holiday!!

Thanks greencake, elsielouise, t-hopes, matthewsmum, ciarae & sammy for your well-wishes!

T-hopes, I haven't used the maybebaby, but I used a clear-blue fertility monitor, I found it much easier and more accurate than OPKs, and it still satisfied my urge to POAS! LOL

Dory, you are such an inspiration I hope that 2010 brings you much joy!

Craftymummy - go catch that egg!!! And I am so sorry for you friend, that is heartbreaking.

    I hope I haven't forgotton anyone,
    hugs & babydust!!

Congratulations Milly that is awesome news

You, me and cherished all within days of each other, it always goes like that in here. Sooo hoping Ferrals is joining us too.

My friends all thought it would be sooo funny if I had twins when I told them about clomid a thought which also horrified me. Much to my dismay the psychic predicted twins for me next time round .

Milly-congratz i hope this little one sticks for you and it is not you please dont take it personally i am happy for you i just can't handle other pregnancies when i feel cheated and heartbroken over the loss of abbi i have waited for so many months for that pgd ivf only to be let down and now i have the added worry of my hormones being a bit on the high side which is worrying me the FS said she is not concerned but the nurses told me they like the FSH level to be under 12 and under 10 is normal mine was 9.6 and 10.6 so that makes me angry about the 8 months i wasted waiting for ivf so now not only do i have to worry about the genetic stuff i now worry about my hormones preventing me from getting pregnant.

Sunbeam-congratz to you to but unfortunetly i wont be joining you i still have no sign of AF but neg HPT's and i have tried a few different one's.

AFM-No AF but i keep getting strong positives on my opk's which adds to my worry about my hormones being out of whack i think the ivf hasnt helped but i have read high FSH and LH hormones are a sign of not so good eggs it confuses me as FS said i had lots of follies and my fertility is good but the nurse told me my hormone where a little high and because i am not doing anymore ivf i dont see the FS anymore so have no idea what to think anyway i am just waitng for AF to show if not pregnant next month i'm going to see a natropath in feb sorry to not be very positive at the moment i just have so many things against me when with my ex husband i could get pregnant just by looking at him i will pop back in when i can just wanted to let milly know i am happy for her.

Matthew's Mum good luck with making appointments. hope things work out for you.
dory, i'm with you both about the cat thing. i really miss my little girl who i lost beginning of december. i can't even think about replacing her. i still have 2 to keep me busy though

ferrals4 i think the ivf has messed your hormones about. maybe give it a while longer and go to docs if nothing has happened.

milly5 still sounding good for you then!

ciara.e hope you can get enough bd in with the relatives around, and you don't sound selfish wanting them to leave! it's for a good cause

afm i have not caved yet. waiting a few more days till i test. i have been feeling really bloated and getting crampy niggles so we'll see. i have a rule if i don't test using fmu then i won't test that day, and it seems to be working so far
good luck to anyone else in the tww

Hello to all you fantastic ladies!! I hope you're all keeping safe and well!

spf - I'm the same! I used to just poas at any time, and boy have I spent a lot of money on them! But since deciding to only use FMU, i've stopped getting so carried away. I'm still about a week away from testing, so i have to try to contain myself! I'm not going to buy any tests til payday next week if I can contain myself that long LOL.

Matthewsmum - thanks for the reassurance. Hope things are going well for you???

Ferrals - this journey might be difficult for you with your new man, more so when you know it was so easy with your ex. But that's whats gonna make this baby so special! Hang in there babe, if anyone's deserving enough of a miracle bub - it's you. I know it's gonna happen soon. Hope we get to share our pregnancy journeys together too!!

Sunbeam - twins would be great! double miracles!!

Milly - i knew it hun! A huge congrats to you! I sooo wish I was joining you this month!

AFM - oh boy what a day i've had!! I've completely lost the concept of time and date! haha. For some reason I thought today was Sunday so i've competely lost my mind! haha. I had a meeting arranged for Sunday for my business, and i've rocked up today calling the man wondering where he was! haha. he was lovely, didn't even bother to correct me. He just got in his car and met me. What a lovely fellow haha. I only realised about an hour ago that it's actually saturday today! LOL silly me. So i got home from my 'meeting' and fell asleep on the couch for a few hours. I'd love to say this is a great sign of pregnancy, but i don't normally lose my mind until about week 8 of pregnancy. Darn it. lol. Well as embarrassing as today was, it gives me an extra leisure day seeing as though my sunday is now free!! haha. Might do some gardening. My DD and I planted lots of organic vege seeds the other day and they're all sprouting like crazy. We've called them our 'babies' so at least i get to feel like i'm making my miracle in some tiny way until I am officially UTD!!!

    Talk soon ladies!!
    xx

    Hi Ladies
Wow everytime I go off this thread for a day or so I come back to BFPs just wish I had one too ! but I guess I have to wait in line,

Ferrals I am getting really worried now all this talk of hormones maybe mine are wrong too in that case im shagging for nothing no seriously do you think I could get some kind of blood test to see if mine are ok I mean I am 44 and had a blighted ovum for 13wks my body is on the old side what if my hormones are all wrong how would I know ?

On a lighter note I think you will get your miracle I know you have genetic probs but I have too and I was told 1in4 chance of getting my sons condition again but have not had anything again now the Drs are changing there strory, If you have a chance of a normal bub then however small you should take it Ive said before he who dares wins you have a new man and a new life you will get your bub and besides you have waited over 8mnths just being patient it won't hurt to wait a few more for a BFP stop looking on the black side start looking on the bright side we all know you will get there soon !

sorry waffled a bit there !

everyone else keep going this road is long and not always easy but we are on this road now and no way back as that would mean giving up and we DON"T GIVE UP !

Caftmummy-if i had the choice i would choose not to know it has made me worry and google everything on FSH levels and like i said my FS said she is not concerned over my fertility as i had lots of follicles ect and i have never had a problem concieving before and DH and i were pregnant last year it has just added to the stress but if we couldnt get pregnant after some time then i supose i would need to know so you can do somthing about it what you can do is ask your doctor for a blood test which needs to be taken on the 1st or 2nd day of your period they need to test FSH E2 and P4 levels the FSH needs to be under 10 but they are say up to 12 us borderline mine has been between 8 and 10.6 the E2 needs to be around the 100ish not high mine was 360 on my cancelled month and 187 on the month i did ivf and the P4 early in the cycle should be low mine was 4 and it rises during your 2nd half of your cycle you were pregnant not to long ago so dont drop your bundle just yet and thanks for the words of wisdom you are right i should look at the bright side i can get pregnant it will happen i just have a few challenges and an uphill battle our gene fault is definately a 1 in 4 and our mutation is a pretty bad one so it has won over the healthy embryos twice now 1st with abbi and then our strong embryo so i hope it wont win the next tome.

Milly-i have found the fertility monitor on ebay and when AF shows i will buy one.

AFM-still no AF and know sign of it 3 days late now ive up'd my vitex to get my E2 down and hopefully bring it on.
