Hello ladies,
Greenslw- many of us follow our temp rises and falls so we know when we are most likely to ovulate and therefore need to BD. I'm not sure you'd need to with IVF as the hormones they'd be giving you would affect your temps and they'd be controlling when they transfer eggs or embryos. Is that what you were asking? Let me know if I've misunderstood.
Mrzbaby- I know how horribly unfair it feels when someone who takes no care of themselves falls pregnant and has a trouble free pregnancy with no effort at all.
Personally am really trying to practise embracing life in what ever form as my holistic naturopath clinic encourages positivity as much as possible as it is best for our bodies and minds. Often soooo much easier said than done.
A freind of mine fell pregnant within days of me and we were so excited about being pregnant together and planned to go to pregnancy yoga. I have decided to do the yoga with her still (if they'll let me while not pregnant) in the hope that pregnancy pheromones will waft around me and help me conceiveI know it will be hard seeing her get bigger knowing I'd be the same if I had not m/c but I am still so happy for her because she's had a horrible journey too losing her precious girl at 16 weeks pregnant and taking over 18 months to get pg again.
