Crafty - I asked my TCM doc about taking Maca and the herbs and it's fine to have both, you don't need to stop anything so keep going and that's great your cycle has evened out to 29 days and you are getting a good flow - I'm still feeling sure for you so hang in there

Foreshelby - I haven't used OPKs so can't help there I'm sorry but sounds like you are doing everything right so fingers crossed

MatthewsMum - that flu you've got sounds like a doozy - hope it leaves you alone soon - must be close to three weeks now? Hope that's it for you for winter
