Matthew's Mum~ Sending you some massice hugs hun, and FX for you that the acupuncture and herbs give you are great kick start to 2011.
MummyDeb~ Hun I'm so sorry that you are having family problems, hope everything gets better soon for you, I have a few problems with my family as well but not on my side just the outlaws. Every time they come for a visit they take over our whole property and just do what they want to do and never ask us what we would like, it aggravates the crap out of me at times, and the FIL likes to start jobs but NEVER finish them. So we have about 15 things to finish when they eventually go home and then DF goes off about not getting anything done here....GGRRRRR..... Good luck with your driving test darl.
Minnie~ How are you travelling hun? Hope AF is staying away for you even though you thought she was arriving I'm still praying she is staying well away for you. FX.
Melster~ Thank you for the good luck wishes darl, I hope everything has settled down for you now and you are starting to enjoy being UTD. When's your next scan?
Mummytotwo~ So glad you had a nice time away, it's always great to get away for a few days, away from the mundanes of our homes. Good luck FX for your BFP darl.
M2R~ Hanging out here and FX and toes that you get your BFP.........the wait is killing us all.....I have a great feeling your the next BFP.......Good Luck darl.
Alish~ Hey darl, sorry you are having a crappy week, sending you some massive hugs darl. If you get stuck with any of the jargon just ask hun, we are happy to let you know what it all means. Good luck with your BT (Blood Test) hope you get some great results back darl, maybe a BFP ( Big Fat Positive)
Joeve~ Good luck with your FS appointment today, and hoping you catch that egg this cycle so you don't have to go through any more waiting darl. let us know how you go at your appointment. And don't forget to ask why you can't ride in your 2WW? Cause now you have my curious...lol.....not that it helped me in my last 2WW, I couldn't ride as it was to wet here and still no BFP so maybe I should just keep riding might help bounce the swimmers and egg into the right places and give me a BFP.
AFM~ CD4 for me today AF still here, had cramps for the last 3 days and starting my Clomid tomoro night.....a little nervous as it gets closer only because I have no idea what to expect from the SE you may get while taking it. But the thing that actually scares me the most is OMG What if it works and gives me a BFP, I have been through so many BFNs now that I'm not sure how I will react to a BFP IYKWIM. Every cycle I expect a BFN now and the thought of me even seeing a BFP is just totally outrageous to me at the moment.
-
Clairesmummy - woohoo clomid tomorrow for you so exciting! I will add the horse riding question to my list. I hear you about not riding though its still so wet down here and even this morning I got saturated out with the horses while they were having their feet done! I am definitely getting stables built next year i am over it!!
-
Joeve~ Yeah I know the feeling all to well after all the wet weather we have had this year it's been great I won't and shouldn't complain about all the rain as we have been in drought here ever since DF bought the place 10 years ago. We are trying to get our stables up at the moment and DFs also putting in an undercover yard for our young horses as well as the stables. Just trying to get the time and $ to do it atm seems like an endless chore. But the sun has been out now for the past 3 days sp it's drying up here again and I have my FX I can get out there and ride this afternoon as we have a campdraft on next week end if the rain stays away long enough for us. lol...
-
We had 30+ degrees here yesterday and then back to the rain today! Blllahhhhhhhhh
So hard I am working with so many pregnant people at the moment and yesterday one of them had her baby. She texted a photo and said "oh you so should have one what are you waiting for???" hmmm i smiled so hard all day trying to forget about it that I have an extra wrinkle!!
-
It makes it so hard doesn't it.....we keep getting comments like that or when you tell them we are trying they say obviously not hard enough.......that's when I feel like tearing their heads off and saying mate you have no beeping idea of what we are going through atm........but can't do that that would be assualt......lol...but it's sooooo frustrating and makes me feel like screaming. Bummer about that extra wrinkle hun.......I have given up on saying anything to ppl who pass comments like that and like you just smile and nod.......lol....
-
I guess if you never had a problem you would assume no one else does either? She also was gushing about how they weren't even trying !! Good on her but seriously enough of the happy bug already!
-
Yeah that's right..... but some consideration goes along way though hey.....even when I was PG with DD I would of never said that to anybody as you just don't know if that couple is having problems or not. Guess that's just me though always looking out for everybody else and always forgetting about lill ol' me.......lol..... wouldn't it be great to be able to get that BFP without even TTC.......hmmmm wonder what that feels like !!! maybe I'm just getting to old for it all......
-
joeve - im hearin ya!! so many people around here say stuff like that to me, or, dont think about it, cuz when u dont it will happen!!!!! i wish they lived the past 12 months of my life then try not to think about it!
keep smilin
-
Hee hee yeah don't think about wanting to create a baby with your partner...should be easy to over look that! its one of the most amazing thing that our bodies do, I don't have a 'don't think about it' button!
I had a laugh with DH about the money we had wasted on contraception in the past, we could have gone on a holiday!
-
i know right, some people are so stupid!
oh well, we cant expect everyone to understand! :)
its so true, all the money wasted for nothin! my hubby didnt want me to go off the pill until after our wedding cuz he didnt want to conceive out of wedlock, it took us a year after that to even fall! it tears me up that people fall straight away and are fine! what did i ever do wrong, you know?
-
Hopefully it will happen soon for you Alish and all of us :)
-
2011 is going to be our years ladies.....chins up and think positive girls cause all our BFPs are coming in 2011 I just know it...

hi girls,
joeve: yay for a line on opt you go get it girl !
clairesmummy: its exciting to be starting clomid, i will only be a few days behind you !
mummytotwo: sorry to hear you also have family problems, another installment in mine yesterday, it has dragged on so long
mummydeb: good luck going for your licence !
melster hi, good to see you are still reading
hi to everyone else
afm well the bleeding got ever so gradually darker and heavier and today is enough to get on a pad (took 2 days to get here), im a bit confused cause if its af she's early (has to be af), i rang and left a message with my specialist today as to whether i should just go onto the next round of clomid or whenever he thinks i might have a luteal phase problem, i suspect he will say just take clomid again, so clairesmummy we can analyze symptoms together and i'll have someone to go crazy (ier) with
mum2romone: have you tested ?
-
Minnie~ WOOHOO we can be Clomid buddies......lol.....I got a quick question for you hun, if I start taking the Clomid tomoro night when should I expect any SE to kick in if I get any at all? The ladies in the other thread have advised me to take it at night so avoid the hot flushes it can give you, so I will be definately taking it at night. I have my FX the only SE it gives me is a BFP.....lol... Sorry AF has arrived for you hun, but like you said we can be crazy women together on Clomid.....lol....
-
totally forgot to test this morning..... Sorry ladies ;) be back tomorrow promise !!!,
-
clairesmummy: sorry i can't really help you with when you might get side effects cause i don't get any, here's hoping its the same for you too ! i'll be starting clomid sat or sun :-)
-
Today is the big day for me, of course I wish it was getting good news of a BFP but going for my licence is definately next best! Its helped keep my mind off my loss although I still think of my angel, and hoping that shes helping me today!!
Well CD31... still no sign of AF...can I ask how long it took after your own m/c for AF to arrive?? Could it still be awhile for me? I had pretty much no bleeding after my DnC... so just waiting patiently!!
So sorry you girls are hearing all the good news, I guess for me I told everyone to soon about my bub so they are all aware of what I've been thru, but I still get all the news about scans, births and new pregnancy announcements!
Well I will send lots of :bluedust: and :stickyvibesgirl: and yes 2011 will be our year!!!
I will be back on later with my news after my test!! Oh I hope I pass!!!
-
hey MummyDeb , my own AF came on November 7 after my d&c on October 7 .
Not my normal cycle though :)
good luck with your driving test !! I will be thinking of you :)
-
Minnie~ That's ok, I have my FX that I have no SE from it as well, I guess I will soon find out today is the start of my Clomid journey, so here's to a great end result, hopefully.
MummyDeb~ I had a natural MC and AF arrived 28days later. Good luck today.
M2R~ Have you tested yet? Hope AF is staying away for you.
Joeve~ How did your appointment go with your FS? Hope you have a great action plan on place now hun.
-
Thanks girls
Well not so good news...I failed...due to crossing a double white line :( I turned a bit to sharp...had lots of tears today...but I have my next test booked, next month, same date! But I can only hope I pass 2nd time! Will just keep my practice up and I know where I have to practice a bit harder!!
Oh maybe im in with a chance then... My normal cycle is between 32-35 days...won't get my hopes up but! So CD 31!! That would really make me feel heaps better a BFP!
-
mummydeb: sorry to hear you didn't pass the test, i failed first time to if it makes you feel any better ! fingers crossed you have a little surprise in the next few days with a bfp
clairesmummy: have you taken your clomid ?
afm nothing new here, still bleeding it a bit, will start clomid tomorrow night
-
MummyDeb~ Sorry to hear about your test hun, like Minnie I also failed my first driving test as well. I'm sure you will pass next time hun. FX for a BFP for you for Christmas.
Minnie~ I most certainly have taken my Clomid tablets, the only problem I had was when I went to take them they were both broken then when I tried to swallow them it got stuck to my tongue and started melting and OMG it tasted like crap. So here's to the mood swings and whatever else Clomid is gunna throw at me this month.....lol...
I'm off for the next few days will TRY to pop in from time to time on my mobile but not sure if I can post from it though. If not I will definately be reading and lurking until I get home. Have fun ladies and good luck for all of you awaiting to read and confirm your BFPs. Have a great week end and Take care.

Congratulations Mum2Romone! Wooo!
:happyforyou:
Most excellent news!
-
evening all, just a quick one to congratulate mum2ramone on her bfp...
-
Hi all, sorry i just can't seem to keep up at the moment but wanted to say:
:leap: Congratulations! to M2Ramone!
MumDeb: Sorry about the driving test: it's so technical that it's so common to make a mistake. I hope that all goes smoothly on round two...and that in the meantime you get a BFP to cheer you up!
Minnie and Clairesmummy: Good luck with the clomid this month
Joeve, MummytoTwo, Sweetie (hope you are resting well after transfer), Kirstenfleur (wishing you luck for your egg hunt), Alish: Hope there's good news in the near future for you all. Hi to anyone i've missed.
AFM: I"m about 10dpo i think. Fighting with myself about whether to test tomorrow (a BFP could show up 11dpo onwards i suppose) or whether to wait until AF is due. I've had a bit of cramping and sometimes it feels like pg and sometimes like AF type cramping. I'm driving myself nuts guessing. But i'd hate to see an early BFP (if I get one) disappear... so maybe i should at least wait until AF is due. I'll let you know if i cave!
-
Meh... I caved in and tested. BFN. I know it's only 11dpo but i'm pretty sure it's accurate. Anyway, i'm glad i tested. Now i can stop obsessing and think about other things while waiting for AF and then 'O' to happen again. Also, i've only properly been trying again for two cycles and twice before i've fallen pg on cycle four so i'm trying not to expect it too much before then at the earliest. Even 5 or 6 cycles i'd be doing well (based on averages). I'm trying to see the positive: By delaying another month or two i should qualify for maternity leave from my new job. Oh well, sigh....
-
possummagic-sorry it was a one liner...
-
congratualtions m2r........how fantastic
hey to everyone else
-
Possum - oh bummer I hope you have your o wrong and are too early.
Melster - nice to see you pop in!
Mathews mum - how are you lovely?
Hello everyone!
I got a positive opk today finally - cd 18, makes me wonder now as the cycle we got a bfp we dtd on cd 16 and cd19, now I have always thought I o on cd 16, but what if it was actually later? Every month since my m/c we have been so tired by cd 17 we always stop. This month, if you check my chart you will see I have been doing opk's every day since cd 10, we have been bding every 3rd day or so as i was getting a bit suss about my o date changing from cd 16. Hmmmm could this be why my progestrone was 24 on my cd 21 bloods last month? My FS said yes that indicates o but it was on the low side, perhaps o happened later than cd 16. Thanks for reading my ramblings I am thinking out loud!!! Hmmm welll I will keep doing opks and bding til the line stops no chance of missing it!
-
Glad you got a positive O Joeve!! Hopefully this can be your month!!
So sorry Possum :(
AFM I think AF is about to arrive, went to the toilet before and a tinge of brownish CM... sorry tmi... so im sure shes just around the corner...bit down but on the upside at least i can have at least one good cycle then hopefully get a nice BFP!
Big hellos and hugs to everyone, hope you are all well today
