I think I read somewhere that every second day is pretty safe as sperm can live for up to 72 hours-- something comforting to think about on those nights when you're just too stuffed. Maybe you should give the OPKs a go-- I got some good ones from fertilitynaturopath.com, 50 for about $35 much cheaper than anything from the chemist or supermarket. Especially good if u you don't know when you'll O. They delivered pretty quick too.
