Satya - I hope the day at work will go quickly for you. Regarding your charting question. I started charting again about 5 days after my D&C and my temp had dropped down under the usual coverline level on that day but rose immediately after and stayed up until I started bleeding again about 12 days after the D&C. Since that the temps have been jumping around a bit until O day. Then they stayed up and seem to be on the way down now. I haven't been able to draw a coverline, it's been that strange. I am waiting for AF to see what's going on...
I have only just registered with fertility friend and I need to enter my charts.
I don't know if my info is of much help to you?!
    Lots of hugs
Cherie26 - that poem is just beautiful, I am still crying....

Have to go, back later - Hi and hugs to everyone!

satya, I am so sorry for you Thinking of you and hope your afternoon flies by and you have a much better evening.

I can't remember who it was that asked about why I passed such large clots - I was freaked out by them (probably the most disturbing thing I've seen ever) but the doctors said that I was clotting like that because I lay down in the ambulance and the blood pooled up inside me and started to just clot inside me, that was perfectly normal for the blood to do that if it wasn't all coming out of me fast enough.

Still bleeding but it's only a week tomorrow since the D&C. Frustrated I have to take things easy but as soon as I even try and do anything I feel faint, dizzy and out of breath so I don't have much choice!!!

I'm charting again and my temps have dropped for the last 3 days. I'm really hoping I O this cycle, I didn't the cycle after the D&C in April but I was dealing with the pregnancy hormones which I'm not this time so fingers crossed it's just a longer cycle than normal and I stop bleeding before O so that I'm in with a chance this month.

zennie I'm sorry you've been having relationship sagas Hang in there xx

zionsmom: how are you doing? Have been thinking of you and hope your cycle isn't so confusing to you.

    Hi everyone else.

Kerry – ha ha! Hope the belly rub, rubs off on to you!

Pash – new job sounds good! Glad you are with your lovely DH.

LizJessie – pregnancy is good, kinda strange having this big secret. No MS, just tired and hungry. I’m having weekly BT’s to check my HCG levels for peace of mind. Last week they were 6900 so my FS clinic was happy with that. Thankyou for asking hun.

Satya – I would ask for HCG levels to be checked in about a week or so. At least then you know where you stand. Big hugs darling.

Zennie – congratulations! Yes, lots of pulling and tugging with me too but apparently it is just bubba snuggling in. Good luck.

Satya~ My prayers are with you during this time I understand this is what you are hearing a lot but its so hard to express my sympathy! I am just so sorry!

Kiwigirl~ I am doing ok, school has been keeping me busy I am up to my ears in homework and graduation is in 10 days! I am a little frustrated as I still haven't gotten my AF its obvious I am under HUGE amounts of stress but its frustrating because I am thinking that not only was I counted out of July but now I am probably going to be counted out of August! I really do think I might start temping a bit. Do you think there is hope in August for me? How are you feeling?

Another question to put out there.

I have a shortish LP of 11-12 days which could be causing my early m/c's and I've read (and been told) that LP can be lenthened by taking Clomid. My ob/gyn did not even suggest this when I saw him he just told me to get the lap and then go straight in to IVF, but he didn't ask me about my LP or want to look at my charts.

Do you think I should be going back to him and ask about giving Clomid a go before trying IVF seeing that I've had another short lived pregnancy?

Satya i am sorry sweetheart that you have to go through this again, i cant even imagine it....I would try going to a specialist in infertility and look into a monitored cycle with clomid, it does help with short LP's and also they should test your progestrone levels after ovulation, perhaps some pessaries might help!

Kiwigirl i hope you are feeling better very soon..

Hello to everyone else and thank you so much for your messages about my dad. Well I started back at work on Monday and it felt very surreal. Best to keep busy tho. We also had the IUI on Monday morning, so we are in another TWW. There are two definate follies that popped, one either side so at least that doubles our chances...fingers crossed that this is the cycle, it will be our third try since the D&C. Kim got pregnant on our 2nd try of IUI, so to be on our third cycle is starting to worry us that maybe the first pregnancy was just a fluke! Hope everyone is going well, and good luck to those in the TWW with us!

Satya - it may be worth giving it a go. I have on a normal cycle a 10 day LP and 24 day cycle, and it seems that the Clomid has worked for me this month. My first miscarriage was almost identical to your recent one - a weakly pos HPT a day or 2 after AF was due (day 27 I think it was), then AF turned up on day 30.

But I should say that my ob prescribed it for me because he was of the belief that I was not ovulating or if I was ovulating that it wasn't "properly" whatever that means, not because of my LP. He based that on the CD21 progesterone that I had done a couple of months ago, but I should point out that it was taken a bit late in that cycle so may have been on the way down anyway - which he also admitted to me could have been a problem. Have you had a CD21 progesterone done at all - I always imagined that you would have?

However, despite this, I have been quite convinced for the last few months now that my short LP is more the problem and caused both my miscarriages. I have absolutely nothing concrete to base this on, just my gut feeling LOL I think I just needed the progesterone levels to stay up for a few days longer to help implantantion to be completed in time, which the Clomid seems to have done.

Anyway, I HTH you somewhat. Big hugs - I hope you're feeling a bit better today.

Hi everyone else BBL for personals and a big thanks for the congrats.

Satya - hope you got through the day ok. Re: the clomid thing. I tried for 2 years to conceive DS & it was only after taking clomid that I had any success (cycle 4, 50mg). I conceived my Angel baby after 6 months of trying (no clomid) but m/c at 12 weeks. It was then 8 months until I conceived the baby I am now carrying. I went back to see FS as I was losing patience & he almost didn't want to put me on Clomid again as it looked like I was ovulating on my own. I managed to convince him though & whammo I got pg first cycle. My LP was always 12-14 days but in my heart I feel I just needed that extra something to give me a baby that would stick (think it is extra progesterone?). I really think it is something to pursue with your doc as many girls seem to have similar stories to me & I don't want you to go through anymore heartbreak. Hi to all the other girls in this thread - wishing you all much success & SOON!!!!

If/when I fall pregnant again, , I'll definitely be asking to have my progesterone levels monitored and for supplements if the levels are low. Thanks for the advice on the clomid, Megsmum and Mummyto1.

Satya, hope you survived the day intact and that you're already tucked up in bed. Wishing you a better day tomorrow.

Twomums, hope the TWW flies. Mine started yesterday, I think. Looking forward to getting to the exciting end.

Zionsmum, I'd be a basketcase trying to deal with what you've got on your plate as well as the missing AF worries. Hope you can get yourself into see a doctor soon to have everything checked over. *Hugs*

Like the look of those BT levels, Shoegal! I felt that way about my last pregnancy too, like it was a big happy secret. Looking to feeling that way again! *Steals another bellyrub for luck, while Shoegal's visiting* hehe

Kiwigirl, hope the bleeding stops soon for you and that your cycle starts to look more familiar to you. What a run of luck!

Penny, looking forward to seeing what your chart looks like. Maybe there'll be a few here who can help interpret what's going on.

Well, I'm going to be away from my computer for the next couple of days at a training day and then a regional support day. Look forward to catching up with you all then.

Just got back from Mum's place.
Sorry haven't got time to do personals tonight... will be back in later in week.
Just wanted to send a massive big hug to Satya - hun, i am so sorry for what you have been through. It is so unfair and you so don't deserve this. I hope you can find some peace in the next few weeks and strength to get back on your feet.

    Chat to you all soon.

Well im 11DPO, or at least i think i am, bit hard to since its my first cycle after the m/c. I did a test today and it was a BFN, so im saying i didnt catch an egg this time. Never mind. I think DH chicken pox may have drastically reduced his sperm. Anyway im just sitting here waiting for AF, i have had such strong AF pains for a few days now, sore BB for weeks, nauses every now and then.
Oh the joy of it all !!!

TwoMums: I just caught up and I'm so sorry about your dad, I can't believe that happened to you. I hope you're sleeping OK and have lots of support around you.

satya: *hugs* Cry if you need to though... I used to run to the bathroom have a good cry to myself then feel so much better back at my desk.

    *Selfish rant*

I'm feeling really really low today. Think the lowest since all this crazy "round 2". Read my friend's pregnancy blog - she's now 14 weeks and telling the world. Have another pregnant close friend who was due at the same time as me coming up from another part of the country to see me in 2 weeks and I don't know if I can face seeing her imagining me. I'm happy for them both but just can't handle seeing the baby bumps And two other friends have had miscarriages in the last week. I so want to be pregnant again *cries* Had a client have a go at me for getting behind and I got so stressed and upset and feel even worse physically...like wanting to throw up

Kiwigirl - sending you big and hope that you feel better soon.
Kbowman - hope that your tww flies by with a BFP at the end! Thanks for offering help with my charts - I am doing the tutorial they send you atm and I am keen to enter my last few cycles... Hope that you enjoy your days away.
LisJessie - I cross my fingers for you.
Treelo - looks like we are cycle buddies. My AF showed up this morning . Two days early, and I can't say that I am not disappointed. I suppose it was very ambitious of me to think I could be pregnant 5 weeks after m/c, but it had been done before!!! So hang in there, all is not lost until AF shows up - I hope it stays away for you!!

So here we go first day of a new cycle - I hope that my temps will settle down and when AF leaves we can get back to some serious ttc
I am having a few glasses of wine over the weekend

Hello and hugs to everyone I missed.

    Hi All,
I haven't posted for awhile but have been lurking and reading everyone's news.

Satya, I was so sorry to hear your latest news and hope that your situation can now be looked at in a more urgent manner by all the doctors and specialists.

I am currently 12dpo and in my third cycle after a missed miscarriage in early May. Am just wondering if anyone has any opinions on my symptoms so far. I have increased CM and have almost jelly like patches ( sorry if TMI ) also my temps have been very low almost back to pre-ovulation levels and I had a jump today from 36.2 to 36.5. Have had cramping on and off and had very light spotting that lasted from saturday to monday. Have been feeling off and really bad headaches and feeling emotional. I am trying to tell myself that it is just AF on the way but am so hoping it's a little one getting comfortable. Am holding off testing as I don't think I can handle the bad news why do we do this to ourselves....... Just had to get things off my chest with people who will understand. exactly how I am feeling..
Whishing everyone a BFP as soon as possible

    Thanks

123 ...
