Hi all. The GP called and my HCG from Friday is 417 - so she is happy with that. She offered for me to come in again to get another BT done but I have decided that I need to start accepting the good news each time I receive it instead of looking for something else to go wrong. She said I can call at any time to arrange for another BT if I need to. So for now I am going to work on being positive and thinking happy thoughts. She also told me that a friend of hers was praising my Ob Mark Umstad, so happy to hear that.
I feel good about my GP and Ob choice - as last time I never really liked the GP I had. So all looking good.
Trac - glad to see you finding the positives in your life. I will take inspiration from you.
To everyone else TTCing, TWW, AF etc, good luck and let's all stay strong together.
PS. Still too much of a scaredy cat to post in the PAML thread...will wait until afer the Ob appointment at 7 weeks.

Me too. From last Friday to this coming Friday is just waiting agony!!! Will test again then and if it is still
then I will go and get BT and hope that the hcg levels are respectable. At least then it would be a positive. Last pregnancy I didn't even think to ask GP about hcg results - in fact, there is a hell of a lot I have learnt in here since February!
I guess I am still a little confused about due dates as well. I am thinking that if I o'd on 22/2 (as per OB's observations), I just add 38 weeks instead of 40? And in doing that, I'm looking at early November, if all goes well
Katiegirl - good for you! Congrats to you. A small step forward
Pbstar, Trac73, Jodsan - :group hug:
Angel Babies - you are an incredible woman! You know what to say at just the right moment.
TinaK - how about getting your parents drunk? Let 'em pass out and then they won't hear anything through the paper thin walls...(Did I really write that??) If it's time to BD, then it's time to BD!!
Treelo - hope you are well on your way to being settled in your new house.
If I've missed anyone, I am truely sorry!
i have been away on my own for a couple of days and brought a new car, photo in my photos, amazing how retail therpy can take your mind off thing for today anyway, dont know what my body is doing as my temp has gone way updont know.
betty boop - as always big!
katiegirl and brockstar -that everything goes your way, prayer and positivity help!!! brockstar - never occurred to me either re hcg tests, I'm sure to be asking about them next time. I understand re PAML - very scary!
pbstar -
trac - way to be positive, ur doin it well!
tina - your situation reminded me of back in Jan when it was o-time DH and I were down the beach with my family, there are only 2 rooms and I was sharing my room with my bro and sil as well as my DH. NO WAY we could BD so we went down to the beach in the late evening and DTD in some secluded area.is there anywhere you could escape to? chin up, hun!
treelo -ul get there
mollycat - wow! 20 kilos - that's sensational - as well as inspirational!! well done!!

tempus - thx hun for ur post!! hope ur ok.
jodsan - big hugs to u hun
angelbabies - bday buddy - ur my idol where inspirational talk goes - hope ur TWW marches right up to a BFP and taps it on the shoulder
me - ob said that AF 2 weeks post lap is normal but I still need to wait til post-op check-up in mid-april before we can TTC - precautionary measure, frustrating but necessary ......staying positive that nothing else is gonna get in my way in the meantime
anyone I might have missed - apologies and huge hugs
Well I ve just done my first week. I know I still have the occasional unhealthy hit (dinners) but the remainder of the day I m a good girl. Today was my official weigh in and I ve lost a whole .8kg....... thats point 8 NOT 8 .....LOL
I know I half thought ......ohhh when you watch the show they loose so much... but reality apparently is that when its not done as full on as they do it on biggest looser..... 1kg a week is considered great... sooo with my .8.... that must mean that I m NEARLY great......
PLC1805 ... Birthday Buddy..... If i get a BFP this time round I think I will be shocked. DH and I did theand then proceeded to argue for the remaining "o". I just cant win with him at the moment
Maybe it will be a good thing (sorry finding the positive again)..... If I got a BFP this cycle then I would be having a Saggi baby..... DH is Saggi..... DS is a Saggi... OMG do they clash.... I can just imagine in 14 years time a teenage girl (dont need to imagine a boy as I already see it with DS).... I can picture AF visiting her and her and DH clashing like crazy..... Maybe I could hire a motel room every month and let them duke it out.
Obviously I would be thrilled with a BFP... I m just know what its like with a teenage Saggi and my DH...... I suppose I will be well prepared.
Almost blushing here with all of those lovely comments from everyone... Thank You.
Huge Hugs to all

So here I am at home with my 11 year old, who's been vomiting since yesterday. Just can't hold any solids down. If he's still doing this tomorrow, off to the doctor he goes.
But on the other hand, I think AF will be finished today or tomorrow. Then back on the roller coaster. This has been my fourth day of clomid, too, for the challenge test. So we'll see...
Trac73: keeping fingers crossed for your dad
Brockstar: sending encouragement vibes
Angel Babies: thanks for your words of encouragement
Canary: you have daffies? I'd be grateful for a little crocus LOL! Here in Pennsylvania we still have some snow left over (like in the mall parking lot where the snowplows just dumped it). But some of the nights are still below freezing...*sigh*
treelo: don't you love how many nay-sayers there are out there? The few people who know we're trying again tend to react like "uhm...okay"--not quite trying to talk me out of it, but they're clearly think I'm nuts
pbstar: sorry about the BFN
Katiegirl: so happy to hear your good news. Keep us posted!
bettyboop: fingers crossed
