hi ladies

just dropped in to let you know i am definitely out, AF came last night

there were a few tears but i think they were necessary, i was carrying a lot of built up emotion around, about the miscarriage and about needing to be pregnant for all these reasons and it was so good to release it all...

so this time AF is here for a big emotional and physical clean out and thats not a bad thing

wishing all of you the best of luck, hope this TWW is not too painful and really hope one of you has some good news soon
