All meat and chicken should be cooked thoroughly
Raw eggs (including yolks) and egg based sauces

Take-away foods or restaurant foods which are not cooked when ordered

Antacids will be vital, but check the ingredients with your pharmacist. They'll basically tell you 'the least active ingredients the better'. Tums are my choice as they only have calcium carbonate in them & it conveniently acts a calcium supplement, should you need one!
