I'm so sorry you've had a loss. Waiting for that first AF is torture. Mine came 33days after my m/c (which was a d&c). I was 11weeks pregnant.
But my periods havent been regular again since then, its ridiculous! The 2nd one was 37 days and then 34 days......and im currently on CD24, wondering if this cycle will be a normal 30day one like I used to have before the m/c

Unfortunately there isnt really anything we can do. Just got to keep TTC and hoping.
The only thing that might help you to know how your cycle is going is to get a blood test done to see what your HcG is now......coz AF wont come until your HcG is at 0 again.

I hope you get UTD again very soon. Also, its very normal to feel so incredibly sad about all this. Its a very hard thing to go through, so heartbreaking...
