Crumpet - I get lots of insomnia and early on, headaches. The biggest thing that has helped me is not working. Still get insomnia, but at least can sleep during the day if I need to
im so lucky im not working so i can lay donw and rest in the afternoons.....
Thank you for the congrtas. Sorry I have been MIA but this house has just been so hectic and I have not had a break never mind sleep.. what are beds for? Not sleeping in that's for sure. yuo lay down then the teenagers come waking you up and hand you a baby so they can go to sleep.
So needless to say running on body reserves my body couldn't cope with everything so decided a pg was not in the grand scheme of things so after 4-5 days of lines today has none and I have spotting and cramps and temp has gone down a fraction.

Crumpet funny thing is when pg I don't so much get insomnia as i get vibrant bad dreams and wake up early unable to sleep. Bear in mind I am NOT a morning person. The day should not start before 10am yet when pg I am up around 7am and wide awake!
