Hi Hez. I was advised yes, especially early and late stages. Fefol was recommended to me..it is a much more concentrated supplement of folic acid and suplhate than most other brands. Most chemists stock it and it was actually cheaper than blackmores (they tend to have small amounts of a lot of vitamins but fefol has a much higher amount of the most important ones you need.)
