Id be changing providers!

Ive had nothing but trouble with them since we moved from NIB

i agree!!

i got my cover put on hold for 12 months while i went overseas and though that was that till i went on line to see my account and they had kept taking money out! i called mum to call them as i was overseas and they wouldnt talk to mum and said they needed to talk to me! after drama after drama with them i cancelled my membership with them as they reckon i never called!

a$$holes they are!!

Wen I ws preg wt 1st bub jst ova 2yrs ago, I had 2 reps ova the phone & 1 in the actual office tell me my insurance level wld not cover me as a private patient in my nominated public hosp (I clearly told them wat hospital). And that I wld av 2 pay nearly $2000 to stay for 4nites in my own private room.

I found out from someone in the insurance area of the hospital 2days after I gave birth that I did not av to pay THAT MONEY at all as that hosp had a deal with certain insurance companies 2 encourage those of us wt private health insurance 2 use that public hosp.

Over a period of 3mths after my baby was born ... I kept ringing and was told the cheque owing 2 us ws either posted or went missing in the office. It ws dealt wt very unprofessional !!!

It wasn't until we threatened that we wld get our solicitor 2 further deal wt the matter as we were getting no where & it ws stressing us out, that we finally recieved the money owing after ova 3mths.

We received NO APOLOGY & NO ONE OFFERED 2 pay 4 the interest rate we had been paying on our credit-card 4 it from the earlier mths in my pregnancy wen we were told 2 1st pay 4 it.

JUST SHOCKING 2 deal wt wen u jst had a new baby (and a colic one at that)
