Artificial Insemination, not sure what the H stands for though. It is also called IUI, Intra Uterine Injection. :-)

Hi, I have also heard of the folate suggestion. I have twins in my family and was taking folate- I was 26 when I conceived my twins. I was taking chaste berry which does stimulate your pituritry gland (sorry about the spelling) and that may have had something to do with my twinning so young.

Hi Mel, if u do a quick search on the net, you'll get more comprehensive info, but basically AIH / IUI is done in IVF clinics, whereby the man gives a specimen which they clean/purify to just pure sperm, then they inject it into the woman's uterus using a catheter, bypassing any issues there maybe for sperm to get into your uterus in the first place (eg: I've had 3 cervical surgeries, so clinic suggested this for me).... :-)

Call me crazy if you want but i'm with AJ, I would love to have twins.

I am also taking clomid as have been TTC for 2yrs, however the month before I started taking it the OBGYN said that I had ovulated by myself. She was still happy to put me on clomid due to long TTC and PCOS.

Does this mean that I could have a higher chance of releasing more than one egg?

I haven't been having any ultrasounds so I have no idea how many have grown.

    Any feedback would be great.

    Love Helen

Goodluck AJ hope you get your wish soon.

    Hi Helen,

I think that it's only a 10% increased chance of twins or more with clomid... So not HUGE odds, but still VERY possible!

    Good Luck!
