    Do you have an option of go to bed just after you feed DS for the night and then wake up and express when you get too full in the night? At least that would give you some more sleep!

    However, I think that in your position I would be a bit more drastic, and cut down to something like this:
    *feed DS in the morning - even if you have to wake him to do it
    *express at lunch
    *feed him when you get back from work
    *feed him before he goes to bed
    And then he's probably have to have a couple of formula feeds as well (at least on weekdays) - but he'd be getting lots of breastmilk and you'd be getting enough sleep to function. And if helps to think of the formula as an honorary solid then do that!
    Make sure you cut the expressing back gradually though - because you really do not need any blocked ducts.
