Zazzle has sites in most countries and US designs can be on Aussie site and vice versa. Anyone can do designs on there (I have some for example not holy communion suited) - Aussie designers will have com.au as home site but can have designs on international ones too and the opposite. There may be a way to search for Aussie created content only will check on PC later, but the items will be printed somewhere in Asia. Not sure what your particular concern is with wanting Aussie - so not sure if that is helpful or not.
