DH and I have his house in a family trust ( attached with many other properties) It isnt in his name nor mine but DD , I have never wanted to know how this all works as it really doesnt bother me as the house has no morgage attached to it. I know my friend who had her defacto move in recently set up a similar situation. I have too many accountants in the family
