What about lighting a candle together as a family? At our wedding our two mums lit a candle for us to signify the joining of two families - you could use a similar concept involving the girls but instead of joining a family you are creating one?
The girls could also walk you down the aisle?
Or depending on whether it is a religous ceremony or not you could get the girls christened at the same time - my aunt did that and it was lovely.

I have a friend that have a girl from a previous marriage. When she re-married, her husband involved her daughter in such a beautifull way. After her dad gave the bride to her new husband at the altar (the girl was walking infront of her mother) they "stopped" there and the guy gave the girl a necklace with a pendant on (he went down on one knee to put it around her neck, she was 8 years old) and sort of made her a promise that he would love her, care for her and be there for her just like he will love and care for her mother, because from that day they are a family. I know it's not the same with you guys, because they are YOUR kids and they are a tad younger, but it was soooo beautifull the way he inluded her in his promise to his wife, I just had to share.
I actually have no idea how you could incorperate them. They are a bit to young to be flowergirls or make toasts :P How about ... nothing ... ... ... .. I'll have to really think of something. If I come up with something, I'll post

My DH & I are pretty much the same - only I had been married once and brought my DS with me!
We got married in Jan this year - and very much wanted my son, Luke, to be involved. We spoke to our celebrant about this and made it certain that we wanted the vows to be 3 ways - between the three of us - and Luke actually had to say 'I do' to some vows - and DH had to take vows - both to Luke to look after him, and also as a promise to take care of his mum (me!) forever....
They were just beautiful, and very perfect for us - DH & I have been together since Luke was 18 months old, so he has been his Dad his whole life... and we've always been a family.
Our wedding was like what yours sounds like its going to be - and almost everyone thought it was the loveliest service they had ever been to.
I can give you our celebrants details if you like - he had stacks of different vows for different circumstances (yours is different as DH is Lukes step father).. or I can PM you what we used for our service - better not post it, as they were part of our celebrants service...
