What was your fave thing of the day?
Getting married to the love of my life. Honestly, both of us barely remember anyone else being there apart from each other.
What would you have changed if anything?
I would have chosen a better photographer, or used the money we spent on the photographer to buy an awesome camera and then have my BIL take the photos.
Where did you get married? church? garden? registry office? eloped?
We got married on a beach in Port Macquarie NSW
Did you have a wishing well or gift registry? or presents?
Wishing well
How many bridesmaids did you have? what dresses did they wear?
I had a man of honour, and 2 bridesmaids, my DH had a best woman and 2 groomsmen.
The girls wore mint green dresses.
What were your table centre pieces?
We didn't have centre pieces, instead we had shells & frangipanis scattered over the tables and edible rocks.
Did you have a bonbonierrie? if so what was it?
Yes, 2 heart shaped chocolates & a CD of our wedding songs.
What did you invites look like? did you make them or get them made?
We had them made. They were fairly simple with a mint green background, an ivory coloured piece that the writing was on, and a frangipani cover. We attached magnets to the back of them which came in handy for everyone.
Did you have a real or fake boquet? what flowers were they?
Real. My bouquet was an arm sheath which had white oriental lillies, frangipainis, singapore orchids and white lisianthums. The frangipanis were quite expensive at the time, they were $2.50 each as we were only weeks away from having them bloom where we lived.
