If your hubby is the most accurate person, it makes sense that they wouldn't handball work off to others in the team, if you want a job done you get your most reliable, best person for the job. Doesn't mean they have the right to rip into him for having a day off but I can understand that part of it for sure. My boss was exactly the same, she would save up work for me to do from my days off rather than dealing with them because I was the best person to sort it out. I had 3-4 phone calls when I was at home with gastro, asking me how to do something. Is the boss allowing him to see his performance reviews and discuss them? every workplace the does performance reviews should do them with the employee, and get them to sign them off, they are supposed to be used as a personal development tools not as a discipline tool.
