I would say that it's up to you and if YOU'RE comfy with the prospect of working for them then that's that. It's not like HE has to work for them. Your ethics and his 'ethics' don't have to align perfectly

Thanks for that ladies. It is good to mull these things over with others. We are not in such a great financial position that I can get too picky, yes some jobs are just not worth it, but this one has a bit of a challenge, which is what I need.
