My cousin recently went through a similiar process and wasn't offered a job in the end...felt so sorry for him, but made me wonder if we hadn't been told something ya know?

I guess its a way of eliminating people before looking at who will be best for the job? Very extensive!

He got a phone call today..

The job is his, pending security check.. (since he has them regularly with his current job, not an issue), so we should receive formal offer next week..

He is going to clear out his locker out tomorrow cause his boss isn't there cause he works office hours. He has told a few of his colleagues today though.

I had to do a medical for my job and I found out the day before I had the appt for the physical that I'd gotten the job. I've got my fingers crossed for a positive outcome
