DH is wanting to apply for a coucil labouring job. Its asked for a statement addressing the selection criteria. I have no idea how I should do this...

SELECTION CRITERIA
Essential
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills
• High level of physical fitness
• Drivers Licence
• Experience in concrete construction
• Manual handling skills
• Experience in use of hand tools
• A commitment to safety, customer service, teamwork and workplace equity and diversity
Desirable
• LR drivers licence
• Senior First Aid Certificate
• RTA Blue Card (Traffic Controller)
• OHS Construction Induction Certificate
Does all this need to be listed? Well all the ones that apply? How would you word it?
I'm not sure how to start or anything. Do I just list it in point form??
