No you get 32% in hand. You have to buy your own games gifts, stationary etc out of that 32%.
They say buy the time you take into account the purchasing of above products, petrol costs, and time for packing orders etc, it works out to about 20% in the end. If you sell straight from the book you get the full 32%, because you are not having to purchase games gifts and using the car for traveling.

Your manager sucks a bit Scone. She should be providing you with tips and motivation not making you feel crap about something you are trying to change.
That said, it does take a HUGE effort to fill your books once all the parties are gone. It's not impossible though...
Well, I'm still waiting for the rep to drop off some info to me.......it was supposed to be dropped off a couple of days ago. Maybe she is not keen to recruit???

Sweet Bliss (and anyone else wondering about joining a PP), DO take into consideration the fact she hasn't dropped off the info OR contacted you to let you know why. Maybe she isn't that interested in recruiting..maybe not, but if you sign up under someone unreliable - what use will they be when you need support?
When I first signed up with PP I had a TL/Manager that was nice but I could never get hold of her. I had no idea what I was doing and then my parties dropped off. Then she left and I was assigned a new one. WELL! This one drove all the way across town to meet me, gave me a list of ideas but more importantly motivated me to the point I ended up with a team of my own (9 members) 7 weeks later.
So having a DECENT upline/TL/Manager is MOST important when you are starting out. At the end of the day its your business and you must do the work yourself but its bloody hard at the start.
As a TL for 2 years I committed to weekly phone calls with each member, monthly (way FUN!) meetings, emailed agendas to those that couldn't attend, sent a fortnightly team newsletter recognizing all achievements no matter how small. I also made sure I did the same things I asked my team to do myself.....which ended up seeing me approaching several umm 'massage parlours' for business on a dare
In any case I had a successful team because of my commitment to it. I get really peeved when I see PPers signing people up and leaving them to it. Not fair at all.
Sweet Bliss. I agree with Lulu. If she hasn't dropped off the stuff or at least contact you to say there has been a hold up, I'd be ringing Tupperware direct and asking for a Manager to get in contact with you.
